Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, if you are a European Union citizen, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide any reason (cooling-off period).
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, if you have purchased a product requiring customization (available only on selected items), it will not be possible to request a return or cancellation of the order once production has begun.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
For non-customized items, you can exercise the right of withdrawal before or after shipment. Simply fill out the form below and send it via email to our customer service. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.

Once the request has been received and verified, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product, which must be done within the following 14 days.
